What you'll do:

As a Trade Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth. You will be responsible for investigating and integrating relevant facts and insights to identify category and business growth opportunities. Your leadership skills will be put to use in selecting key growth drivers, defining the Category Vision, and developing a short-term Category Roadmap. You will also play a crucial role in understanding store layouts, promotional display types, and other instore assets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for monthly business reviews and reporting will also be part of your responsibilities.

  • Lead the selection of key growth drivers and define the Category Vision.
  • Develop a short term Category Roadmap by defining key levers for business development.
  • Develop Framework for Channel Strategy by identifying effective Category solutions.

  • Lead and develop campaign promotion and optimize promotional plan.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team for monthly business review and reporting.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Trade Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table. With at least 3-5 years of trade marketing experience under your belt, you have honed your abilities in multitasking, prioritising workload, paying high attention to detail, following through tasks, and maintaining accuracy. Your basic experience in sales operations coupled with knowledge in customer service principles and practices makes you an asset. Most importantly, your proven track record in team leadership, management, and development sets you apart.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of trade marketing experience.
  • Basic experience in sales operations.
  • Knowledge in customer service principles and practices.
  • Proven ability in multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, high attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy.
  • Experience in team leadership, management and development.
