What you'll do:
As a Regional Retail Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's retail landscape across multiple countries. You will be responsible for overseeing all retail operations, including managing Heads of Retail in each country. Your key responsibilities will include managing the profit and loss of stores, setting strategic SOPs at a regional level, and working closely with the senior management team to drive growth. Your ability to review and analyse performance metrics will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and developing effective strategies.

- Strategically set and implement standard operating procedures at a regional level

- Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry
- Regional experience especially within the SEA/APAC region is highly recommended
