About the Trade Marketing Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside the Head of Sales. You will be responsible for attaining brand’s activation, visibility, awareness target according to company business development strategy within assigned area/channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales and market share growth, aligning with overall business goals and objectives
• Retailer Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, understanding their needs and preferences to create customised marketing programs and promotions
• Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility at the point of sale, including in-store displays, signage, and product placement
• Data Analysis: Utilise market research, sales data, and consumer insights to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate the trade marketing budget efficiently, tracking expenses and ROI for various promotional activities and trade shows
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of trade marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting targets, and fostering a results-driven and collaborative work environment

To succeed in the Trade Marketing Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years' relevant experience in trading field and two years in marketing role
• Relevant experience in FMCG is an advantage
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Leadership skills and problem-solving skills
• Work independently and under high pressure
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
