Shopper Development Assistant Manager (Personal Care)

A multinational company is recruiting for a Shopper Development Assistant Manager (Personal Care) job to develop and increase sales revenue through different channels.

About the Shopper Development Assistant Manager (Personal Care) Role:
Reporting to the Customer Development Team Lead, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of customer specific activation and merchandising solutions at format level by working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Gain shopper insights to understand the implication on the local market and specific retail environment
• Prepare business recommendations for shopper plans and develop selling point
• Account for new product presentations, 5Ps plan, and effective POP materials tailored to the respective trade environments
• Analyse and evaluate product ROI and review monthly 5p tracking reports
• Track competitor set up and trade strategies, trade activities, new products launch, etc.

To succeed in this Shopper Development Assistant Manager (Personal Care) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related studies
• Minimum of two years' experience in key account management or trade marketing within FMCG industries
• Business analytic skill will be an adding advantage
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in written and spoken English
