Reporting to the Customer Development Team Lead, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of customer-specific activation and merchandising solutions at format level by working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Gain shopper insights to understand the implications on the local market and specific retail environment
• Prepare business recommendations for shopper plans and develop selling points
• Account for new product presentations, 5Ps plan, and effective POP materials tailored to the respective trade environments
• Analyse and evaluate product ROI and review monthly 5p tracking reports
• Track competitor set up and trade strategies, trade activities, new products launch, etc.

To succeed in this Assistant Trade Marketing Manager (FMCG) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related studies
• Minimum of two years' experience in key account management or trade marketing within FMCG industries
• Analytical business skills is an advantage
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in written and spoken English
