  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market using market research, networking, cold outreach via email, phone, social media, and attendance at industry events.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators by applying effective strategies and maintaining focus on shared goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organisations, including C-suite executives, through empathetic communication and trust-building.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline by tracking progress, forecasting potential revenue, and sharing updates with relevant teams to foster transparency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to identify new avenues for organisational growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights, feedback, and best practices that enhance overall team performance.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is strongly preferred as it demonstrates your commitment to learning and professional development.
  • At least eight years of experience in BPO, telemarketing, contact centre, insurance or similar sales roles equips you with valuable industry insights.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients through considerate communication and attentive service sets you apart as a trusted partner.
  • Experience with consultative sales approaches enables you to understand client needs deeply and offer tailored solutions that create value for all parties involved.
  • A results-oriented mindset combined with a collaborative spirit ensures you contribute positively to team goals while celebrating collective achievements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills allow you to engage confidently with diverse audiences including C-suite executives.
