What you'll do:

- Provide hands-on support during customer and channel partner engagements by delivering impactful presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing tailored solution proposals without disrupting established account ownership.
- Design and deliver training sessions for both internal sales teams and external channel partners to enhance their solution-selling capabilities and encourage wider adoption of printer technologies.
- Assist country teams in acquiring new customers by identifying potential leads and supporting efforts to expand coverage in emerging markets across Southeast Asia.
- Work alongside marketing and technical support teams to create compelling customer campaigns, develop application notes, and share success stories that highlight the value of industrial products.
- Foster strong relationships with channel partners by developing joint business plans aimed at mutually beneficial growth of the business segment.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights that inform business development initiatives.
