Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the expansion of their business into new market and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, planning &implementing sales activities, and expanding the existing customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in export sales and marketing.

What you'll do:

As an Export Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding their customer base. You will be responsible for planning and implementing sales activities tailored to customer needs, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with various teams to execute the sales strategy. Your focus will be on developing strategies for global expansion, particularly into the Islamic market. You will also ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Identify new business opportunities and research potential markets
  • Plan and implement sales activities based on customer needs and requirements
  • Expand existing customer base while developing new ones
  • Monitor distribution, coordinate shipments and logistics
  • Collaborate with the marketing and factory team to execute sales strategy
  • Develop strategies for global expansion focusing on Islamic market
  • Formulate pricing strategies and network with international organizations
  • Ensure all activities comply with ISO, GMP, Halal and related regulatory requirements

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Export Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in export sales and marketing. With a minimum of 10 years in the field, you have developed strong leadership skills and have a deep understanding of industry trends. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with both internal stakeholders and external customers. A positive mindset and ability to build relationships are crucial for success in this role.

  • Degree in Business Administration Management, International Business, Logistic or Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of solid Export Sale and Marketing experience
  • Knowledge of industry trends and key competitors
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to prepare written presentations, reports, and pricing tenders
  • Effective communication skills, decision making abilities, business acumen
  • Excellent negotiation skills, positive mindset, relationship building capabilities
