This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of strategies to attract and enrol international students. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, managing relationships with agents and partners, and ensuring a seamless admissions process for prospective students. What you'll do:

As an International Student Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our institution by attracting talented international students. Your responsibilities will include developing effective recruitment strategies, coordinating various recruitment events, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also provide invaluable support to prospective students and their families during the admissions process. Your collaborative efforts with the marketing team will result in engaging promotional materials that resonate with international audiences. By monitoring recruitment data, you will identify trends that can inform our strategy moving forward. Your commitment to compliance will ensure we adhere to all relevant regulations. Lastly, your insightful reports on recruitment activities will guide our senior management's decisions.

  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet international student enrolment targets across key markets.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, including fairs, school visits, and online webinars.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agents, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance the recruitment pipeline.
  • Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials tailored to international audiences.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to international student recruitment.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for senior management.

What you bring:

As an International Student Recruitment Manager, your background in Marketing, International Relations or Education coupled with your experience in student recruitment will be vital. Your familiarity with international boarding schools' recruitment processes will be highly beneficial. Your strong understanding of the international education market will enable you to navigate it effectively. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, while your ability to work independently and as part of a team will ensure the success of our recruitment strategies. Your proficiency in English and any additional languages will be crucial in this international role. Lastly, your willingness to travel internationally will demonstrate your commitment to attracting the best students globally.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international student recruitment or a similar role.
  • Experience working with international boarding schools in student recruitment, admissions or both.
  • Strong understanding of the international education market and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
