They are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. What you'll do:

As a Associate Sales Director (Industrial), you will be responsible for planning and developing sales strategies to achieve approved individual revenue and profit goals. You will ensure the achievement of regional sales targets while launching and following up on conversion projects within targeted end-users. Your role will involve working closely with distributors within your territory, training, motivating, and directing them to achieve set objectives. You will also negotiate prices with end users and coordinate company product promotional activities within your territory.

  • Develop sales strategies and/or market penetration strategies for designated key end-users
  • Ensure achievement of regional sales and conversion targets
  • Launch and follow-up conversion projects within targeted end-users
  • Work with Distributors within Territory in partnership with Manager
  • Train, motivate and direct Distributors within the territory
  • Negotiate Prices with End Users
  • Co-ordinate Company Product Promotional Activities in the Territory

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Associate Sales Director (Industrial) position brings proven sales experience along with knowledge in selling through distributors in the PPE industry. You have experience managing distributor and end-user relationships. You are willing to travel within SEA as part of your role. You possess full working proficiency in both written & spoken English languages. Additionally, you have solid knowledge of PC, network, and standard packages used under Windows.

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Knowledge in selling through distributors in PPE industry an asset
  • Experience of managing distributor and end user relationships
  • Willingness to travel within SEA
  • Full working proficiency in both written & spoken English languages required
