Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales - (Dealer Management, Motorbike) to lead and oversee the dealer market within the motorbike industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing national sales operations, building dealer networks, and driving business growth in the automotive sector. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and market share while ensuring the highest level of dealer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Sales - (Dealer Management, Motorbike), your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's presence in the motorbike industry. Your excellent relationship-building skills will be utilised as you develop and maintain connections with motorbike dealers nationwide. Your strategic thinking will come into play as you develop sales strategies tailored specifically to the dealer market.   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with motorbike dealers nationwide
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the dealer market

  • Ensure timely and effective support to dealers regarding product availability, marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and after-sales services

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and compliance with industry regulations across all dealer interactions
