A new VP of Enrollment and Sales has just been made available with a global Higher Education Partnership company. This position covers the APAC region and open for candidates whom have this regional experience to apply. This is also a remote position.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Vice President of Enrollment for the Asia Pac region. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to drive enrollment growth across partner institutions, build revenue strategies, and implement robust performance tracking systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue and new enrollment goals at both regional and institutional levels. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll use metrics and KPIs to increase channel effectiveness and work collaboratively with marketing teams to maximise efficiency.

What you'll do:

As Vice President of Enrollment, your primary role will be driving growth across partner institutions in the Asia Pac region. You'll lead new enrollment planning, define strategies, execute regular meetings, and motivate teams to achieve set goals. Your ability to assess funnel management data will be crucial in ensuring continuous improvement. Collaborating with marketing teams, you'll strive for maximum efficiency of marketing investments. A key part of your role will also involve nurturing talent across all levels in the sales/enrollment organization.

  • Lead new enrollment planning and budgeting for institutions within the region
  • Define and implement enrollment strategies for institutions within the region
  • Execute weekly/monthly enrollment meetings and Steering Committee meetings for each institution within the region
  • Motivate contact center and enrollment teams across institutions to achieve new enrollment and revenue goals
  • Assess funnel management data in CRM to ensure continuous improvement
  • Work closely with marketing team to achieve high efficiency of marketing dollar investment
  • Build and nurture talent across all levels in the sales/enrollment organization
  • Work with internal (own) and external (sales teams of partner institutions) to build cross functional & highly efficient working groups

What you bring:

As the Vice President of Enrollment, you bring a wealth of experience in sales and revenue/demand generation roles, ideally within higher education. Your proven track record in leading sales/enrollment functions for universities or similar institutions will be invaluable. You're comfortable handling teams across multiple countries and have strong analytical skills that drive your decision making. Your excellent presentation skills enable you to communicate effectively and motivate others. You're process-oriented in sales, understand funnel management, and can work under pressure to achieve results.

  • 15+ years of experience in sales and revenue/demand generation roles, preferably in higher education
  • Proven track record of leading the sales/enrollment function for a university/higher education institution
  • Experience handling teams across multiple countries in Asia Pac is desirable
  • BA in Business, Economy, Marketing, Engineering or similar; Master degree is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with inclination for data-driven decision making
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively to influence and motivate
  • Process oriented in sales, with full understanding of funnel management
  • Ability to work under pressure for results; collaborative team player with positive thinking and high energy
  • People motivator, able to build team from scratch; strong hiring and managerial skills
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle, etc.), BI programs (PowerBI, CognosBI, Tableau, etc.) and Office 365
