About the Head of Franchise Business Development (F&B) Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will manage, develop and grow the franchise partners and contribute towards the brand in becoming the brand of choice for both potential investors and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities in line with company goals and expansion plans
• Develop comprehensive business plans and financial models to assess the feasibility of franchise locations
• Manage the entire franchise recruitment process, from lead generation to contract signing
• Conduct market research to identify prime franchise territories and demographics
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the franchise network, ensuring adherence to brand standards
• Monitor franchisee performance and compliance with brand standards, offering support and guidance as needed
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess franchisee operations
• Monitor franchise financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Work with franchisees to develop and execute strategies for improving financial results
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure the successful execution of franchise initiatives
• Participate in franchisee training and development programmes
• Ensure that all franchise agreements and contracts are compliant with relevant laws and regulations

To succeed in this Head of Franchise Business Development (F&B) job, you will need to have proven experience in franchise development and management, preferably in the beverage or fast-food industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related discipline
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute business plans
• Knowledge of franchise laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Readiness to travel as needed
• Financial and computer literacy
• Strong communication, organisational, operational and people skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
