About the Chief Marketing Officer Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives
• Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering creativity, and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to expand our footprint and influence in the precision engineering sector
• Leverage market research to identify emerging trends and areas for strategic growth
• Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity
• Implement brand strategies to enhance visibility and recognition in the marketplace
• Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners
• Implement customer-centric strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product positioning and messaging
• Ensure that marketing efforts effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our precision engineering products and services
• Work closely with the sales team to develop impactful sales collateral, presentations, and tools
• Provide support in developing strategies to maximise revenue generation

To succeed in the Chief Marketing Officer role, you must possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of precision engineering processes and solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
• Extensive experience in senior marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership and achievement of business objectives
• Strong knowledge of precision engineering processes and solutions
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
