A prominent and established property investment company with APAC headquarters in Kuala Lumpur is seeking dynamic, ambitious and driven candidate for a Business Development Executive job to grow the company at its offices. This role offers opportunities to progress into management and field sales roles. Generous basic salary plus commission.

About the Business Development Executive Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential clients and creating strategies to reach out to them
• Developing relationships with potential clients to culminate in one-to-one appointments for sales consultants either physically or via Zoom
• Securing commitment of potential clients to attend regional networking evenings and events
• Building relationships with existing clients and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities or areas for growth
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to increase revenue
• Collaborating with other departments within the organisation, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that business goals are achieved e.g. events/seminars/webinars

To succeed in this Business Development Executive role, you must have the drive and passion to take on a sales and business development portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Two years of sales or business development experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Fluency in written and spoken English and at least one other local language
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• A high level of persistence and tenacity
• Readiness to travel the extra mile to get to the top
• Travel within Southeast Asia and internationally may be required
