An exciting Regional Sales Manager (Lighting) job has just become available in a local lighting manufacturer. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a role to sell lighting solutions to the clients in the international market.
About the Regional Sales Manager (Lighting) Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the company's sales operations in the Southeast Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in Southeast Asia (SEA)
Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and partners for efficient product distribution
Identify and engage potential clients, including architects, contractors, and project developers, to secure new business opportunities
Maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Maintain in-depth knowledge of lighting products and solutions
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing in SEA
Ensure sales and business activities comply with regional regulations
Be prepared for regional travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and manage the sales team
Strive to meet and exceed sales targets for the SEA region
Engage in contract negotiations with clients and partners
Identify and target specific market segments
Promote the company's commitment to sustainability and energy-efficient lighting solutions
To succeed in this Regional Sales Manager (Lighting) role, you must develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/postgraduate diploma/professional degree in sales marketing/sales Management/civil engineering or equivalent
At least five years of sales experience in lighting or related industry sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
In-depth knowledge of the SEA lighting market
Willingness to travel frequently within the region
Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
