An international university pathway provider is recruiting for a Recruitment Manager job to be part of their team. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and reports to the Regional Manager.

About the Recruitment Manager Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager based in Malaysia, you will develop and implement the recruitment activities to expand the market in Malaysia and SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face information sessions, seminars, and telephone interviews (or by any other electronic means) that can successfully communicate with different target audiences
• Provide advice and support to potential candidates and new students on their career and study plans
• Provide analysis and explore possible new partners for business development, recruitment and academic development in Southeast Asia Region
• Create, implement and evaluate marketing plans in line with the business plan and central marketing plan
• Research and identify the most appropriate promotional events to promote programmes and organise materials and representation of the university at them
• Collaborate with the local and university’s recruitment and marketing teams to create synergy, where appropriate

To succeed in this Recruitment Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant years of experience working in the education recruitment industry
• Significant sales experience, corporate sales is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build strong business relations with various stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure with a tenacious approach to problem-solving
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to manage own workload
