An exciting Head of Sales, Water Purifier (Consumer Electronics) job has just become available at one of the most respected international consumer electronics firms based in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a role for a department head who is a leader in their field.
About the Head of Sales, Water Purifier (Consumer Electronics)Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside the marketing department. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management and directory/league table submissions.
KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and execute sales policies, programmes and strategy to achieve maximum sales volume potential, and improve market shares and product profitability
Maximise sales growth and profitability in line with the financial goals for air and water purifier
Be responsible for business development with potential customer and market share
Monitor competitors’ activities and disseminate information to the sales team and the organisation as a whole
Work together with team leader/managers to plan sales activities
Aggressively and continuously manage customer care and customer handling
Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers
To succeed in the Head of Sales, Water Purifier (Consumer Electronics) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
KeyRequirements:
Degree qualifications in business or related field
At least seven years in sales management in the consumer electronics industry
Market intelligence and customer insight
Strong leadership skills, confident, motivated and assertive individual with excellent business acumen; highly motivated; ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and to meet deadlines
Competitive and strategically aggressive personality who delivers on commitment, with proven sales leadership and track record, preferably in consumer electronics industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate results and their business implications
Strong management skills - ability to coordinate teams in diverse locations
