A global fitness equipment provider is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager (B2B) to drive the sales and growth of their B2B channel. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is based in Malaysia.
About the Commercial Sales Manager (B2B) Role: In this business critical role you will be responsible for business development, prospecting and maintaining the key accounts and driving the sales and growth of the business.
Maintain strong relationships with existing key account while developing new key account to create new business opportunities
Handle all aspects of commercial project by work closely with internal operation team members to ensure successful execution of the project
Lead and train a team of commercial sales personnel towards achieving their personal commercial sales targets
Recruit commercial fitness equipment dealer across nation to maximise market penetration and accelerates business development
Implement effective marketing strategies and programmes for the promotions, marketing, and sales of commercial fitness equipment to ensure continuous business growth
Conduct industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement and marketing initiatives
Be actively involved in monitoring and control the recruitment activities, training, and development of the commercial sales team
Travel outstation for client or prospect meetings
To succeed in this role you must be sales-driven and have great stakeholder management experience.
Key Requirements:
Aggressive, results-oriented and a self-motivated person
Proven track record with at least five years of commercial sales work experience
Strong commercial acumen, analytical, account development and managerial skills
Willing to travel
Work location: Subang Jaya
