An exciting Inside Sales Manager job has just become available at a global company providing Workspace-as-a-Service (WaaS) sector. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role is based in Malaysia.
About the Inside Sales Manager Role: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving a team of Inside Sales Account Managers to excel in sales performance and call quality for the China regions within APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceeding sales performance objectives for assigned markets and meeting business goals
Coaching and training the Inside Sales Account Managers to continually improve their soft skills and sales skills to be successful sellers
Continuously improving on call quality and sales productivity of your sales team
Utilising strong business acumen to control key levers that contribute to excellent performance as a team
To succeed in this Inside Sales Manager role, you will need to have interpersonal skills and solid leadership qualities to manage teams.
Key Requirements:
Professional experience of at least eight years, preferably in global companies – with at least six years in a tele/phone sales team,
Functional experience must include a combination of field sales/inside sales, business development, account management or tele-marketing - preferably in a remote/contact centre environment
Strong language skills (written and spoken) in English
Due to the region of coverage, Chinese language is a prerequisite for the role
This is a hybrid working role, office in KL Sentral area in Kuala Lumpur
