About the Regional Sales Manager, East Coast (FMCG) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for formulating a comprehensive commercial calender detailing distribution, display, promotion and activation priorities, delivering the highest quality service alongside other trade marketing managers. You will also take the lead in providing direction to all trade related activities, including working across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, commercial excellence and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies and action plans to maximise sales performance withing the region
• Manage, develop, and motivate the sales force and promoter team
• Lead and conduct regular meetings with the Sales and Promoter team
• Manage the company’s budgets, distributor’s inventory, primary and secondary sales, claims and collection

To succeed in this Regional Sales Manager, East Coast (FMCG) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
• More than five years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong people management
• Strong understanding of GT, Independent Key Account and Supermarket Business
• Analytical bent of mind and ability to do number crunching
