About the Franchise Assistant Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for business development strategy, delivering the success sales plan alongside the Head of Franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive expansion and create growth opportunities by selling new store development agreements to qualified franchisees
• Source and select qualified franchise partners capable of developing and executing a business opportunity to deliver brand promise to the consumer
• Prepare and execute strategic sales plan, self-motivated, focused and driven; responsible for expansion of business of the brand
• Deliver sales targets against fiscal year’s business plan
• Utilise current business contacts to reach out and conduct sales through industry contacts

To succeed in the Franchise Assistant Manager role, you will need the ability to great interpersonal skills and work effectively and co-operatively with the Head of Franchise and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least a diploma qualification in business/marketing or a related discipline
• At least three years of B2B sales experience, franchise experience is an advantage
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Superb diplomatic, persuasive and negotiation skills
