An exciting Enterprise Sales Manager job has just become available at one of the leading manufacturer and solutions providers of integrated material handling systems for a broad spectrum of manufacturing industries in Penang.

About the Enterprise Sales Manager Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will participate in developing strategy and execution plan that includes business development in new industries such as electronics, and semiconductors and industrial machinery and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent all software products and services
  • Focus on identifying and winning new clients by identifying their business and technical requirements through the application of our established professional sales approach
  • Forecast and manage direct sales of company product line
  • Handle major account activities to achieve sales targets
  • Create programmes and initiatives to enter into key markets and accounts
  • Meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements
  • Engage with channel partners and end-users to maximise revenue policy within the business practice in each country
  • Uphold the professional integrity of the company
  • Adhere to and promote all core internal and customer processes relating to the effective undertaking of the role

To succeed in this Enterprise Sales Manager role, you must be a competent, highly motivated and proven enterprise salesperson to aggressively grow the business with the top strategic accounts in Singapore.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electronics/computer engineering or equivalent
  • At least five years' direct sales experience with a proven track of sales record or in the B2B SaaS industry is a huge advantage
  • Experience with selling for the PLM/MES/ERP/IoT market in the vendor or reseller capacity with subscription, SaaS, and Cloud solutions business model is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage very complex software selling environment with proven ability in achieving the target
  • Good business acumen foresight in managing forecasts and targets
  • IT savvy and able to multitask
  • Dynamic with excellent leadership and high level of accountability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English is preferred
  • Travelling is required and the ability to travel within short notice is a must
