External Sales Specialist (Gear/Motor)

A multinational company is recruiting for an External Sales Specialist (Gear/Motor) job with great focus on achieving sales results in all products and promoting the company as a provider of total industrial electrical solutions.

About the External Sales Specialist (Gear/Motor) Role:
In this critical role, you will be responsible for achieving sales results in all the company’s products and promoting the company as a provider of total industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively develop an individual business plan and work in accordance with the regional business plan, following instructions from the Head of Sales, as well as top management to realise sales budget and planning for your assigned customers and/or territory
• Organise trips to target customers, both alone and jointly with management, as well as technical seminars and meetings
• Liaise with customers to identify their primary needs, map decision-makers, and ensure our offers and approach meet or exceed their expectations
• Collaborate with other Sales members and departments/Business Units to gather intelligence on projects and systems being managed or commercialised within the territory
• Liaise with factory on technical matters concerning the use, quality, start-up and troubleshooting of the automation products

To succeed in this External Sales Specialist (Gear/Motor) role, you must have prior experience in the sales of industrial drive (Gearbox/Motor) products.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or related field
• Minimum of three years of related experiences with gear/motor products
• Fluency in written and spoken English and other local languages
• Proficiency in computer software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
