About the BD Representative - Japanese speaking Role:
As a result of ongoing and continued successes, this company is rapidly expanding its sales team and seeking inside sales candidates who can qualify inbound inquiries coming from calls, chats, and online forms. You are also required to qualify outbound inquiries such as qualifying marketing campaigns, scheduling sales meetings/phone calls, and conduct deep accounts profiling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the key contact person for clients
• Qualify inbound inquiries coming from calls, chats, and online forms
• Qualify outbound inquiries, e.g., qualifying marketing campaigns, scheduling sales meetings/phone calls and conducting deep accounts profiling

To succeed in this BD Representative - Japanese speaking role, you must have strong communication and telemarketing skills. This organisation has a strong work culture resonating throughout its team.

Key Requirements:

• BA/BS degree. Minimum of three years’ telemarketing experience in B2B lead generation/inside sales of software/hardware industry
• Technical knowledge in selling IT software and/or hardware
• Experience in BANT lead qualification framework
• Fluent in Japanese and English as the candidate is required to work with Japanese-speaking stakeholders. Able to fluently communicate with managerial and c-suite level staff
