An exciting Sales Manager (Horeca Channel) has just become available at one of the most respected FMCG firms based in Malaysia. Reporting directly to Division Manager, this is a role for a sales manager who is a leader in their field.
About the Sales Manager (Horeca Channel) Role:
In this business-critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest service quality alongside several top management executives. You will also take the lead in providing direction to all sales and account management activities.
- Explore and develop the Horeca Channel opportunities to aid company market expansion and business growth
- Lead and manager the Horeca Channel sales team on day to day operation, sales plan execution to achieve sales and distribution target
- Work closely with cross functional departments (finance, logistics, marketing, customer service)
- Attend ad hoc activities when needed by line manager
To succeed in the Sales Manager (Horeca Channel) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams across borders and internal matrix.
- Bachelor's degree/post-graduate diploma in any field related to Business/Management or equivalent
- Five years of working experience in the related field is required for this job
- Good communication and negotiation skills are required
- Solid business acumen, result driven, resourceful and self-motivated
- Willing to travel overseas or outstation when requested
