About the Senior Media Sales Manager:

In this business development centric role, you would need to Build and develop relationships with clients by managing client base ensuring that the clients’ needs are being catered for and that they are happy with the service and response and reviewing their existing spend and build on the relationship to maximise sales opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills as well as keen attention to detail
• Proven track record of successfully hitting targets and growing client base
• Ability to win new business and renewal of existing business to meet and exceeds given sales targets
• Keep accurate records of sales, contacts and deals
• Understanding of print and digital advertising sales with at least two to three years' of sales experience Understanding and experience of TV advertising is an advantage

To succeed in the Digital Manager role, you will need to attend clients meetings to ensure your clients are fully aware of all potential advertising, promotion and sponsorship opportunities and to cement your relationship with them for the long term

Key Requirements:

• Needs an entrepreneurial personality who owns his/her accounts
• Work closely with the editorial features team to ensure all leads are covered and relevant information exchanged to the benefit of both parties
• Strong new business skills and tenacious approach
• Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage
