- Establish and maintain regular communication with overseas and domestic customers within your assigned account territory, ensuring that all client needs are understood and addressed promptly.
- Support, develop, and nurture new as well as existing distribution channels in allocated countries by fostering dependable partnerships built on trust and mutual benefit.
- Follow up diligently on sales prospects to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Organise, set up, and attend exhibitions participated in by the company, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm to maximise exposure and engagement.
- Monitor the progress of allocated accounts closely, providing detailed reports and insightful analysis of sales performance—including pricing strategies, costing structures, and marketing initiatives—to management.
- Coordinate effectively with the wider sales team and other internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services that exceed company sales targets.
- Suggest thoughtful actions to improve overall sales performance by identifying new opportunities for growth within existing or untapped markets.
- Actively participate in strategic discussions aimed at enhancing business development efforts across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies while maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients and partners.
- Travel overseas as required to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and explore new avenues for business expansion.

- Demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills that enable you to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds; proficiency in additional local languages is considered an advantage.
- Show willingness and readiness to travel overseas regularly as part of your responsibilities for developing international business relationships.
- Display proven experience managing distribution channels across multiple countries while supporting both new business acquisition and retention of existing accounts.
- Exhibit excellent organisational skills that allow you to coordinate events such as exhibitions seamlessly while balancing competing priorities.
- Provide evidence of analytical thinking through previous roles involving reporting on sales performance metrics such as pricing strategies or marketing outcomes.
