What you'll do:
As a Senior Ecommerce Executive Fast Moving Consumer Goods, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of key ecommerce accounts by orchestrating impactful campaigns from conception through execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close coordination with both e-Distributors and e-Retailers to ensure that all sales activities are meticulously planned and aligned with overarching business objectives. You will be entrusted with curating compelling product listings that capture attention while leveraging data analytics to refine strategies for maximum return on ad spend. Regularly reviewing business performance with partners will allow you to uncover fresh avenues for growth while maintaining robust relationships built on trust and transparency. - Coordinate with e-Distributors and e-Retailers to plan monthly sales activities aimed at achieving annual gross merchandise value targets set by the company.
- Create and update product listings with accurate titles, compelling descriptions, and high-quality imagery to ensure optimal visibility and conversion rates across all online platforms.
- Execute pricing strategies including discounts, vouchers, and seasonal campaign mechanics to maximise sales performance during key promotional periods.
- Analyse sales data and digital marketing results to generate actionable insights, sharing these findings with management alongside clear next steps for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular business reviews—monthly or quarterly—with key accounts to identify new opportunities for growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Organise storefronts in line with 5P compliance standards to enhance the shopper journey and drive higher sellout rates.
- Manage trade spend within allocated budgets to support sustainable business expansion while maintaining financial discipline.
- Monitor competitor activity including pricing, promotions, and shopper traffic trends across various online channels to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop engaging marketing materials such as thumbnails, banners, lorikeet assets, and CPAS content tailored to each customer’s activity calendar.
- Collaborate with media agencies to boost product visibility through onsite ads, TikTok Shop livestreams, videos, affiliate marketers, and other innovative digital initiatives.

- Solid grasp of the ecommerce ecosystem including common acronyms, current trends, and platform-specific requirements is essential for effective campaign management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations—is necessary for reporting and communication tasks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of key account management encompassing sales activity planning, execution excellence, trade spend oversight, customer engagement techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop engaging marketing materials tailored for diverse digital channels such as thumbnails, banners, lorikeet assets, CPAS content, livestreams, videos, and affiliate programmes.
- Experience collaborating with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels supporting uninterrupted day-to-day selling operations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) as well as external partners (e-Distributors, e-Retailers, Media Agencies).
- Excellent presentation abilities coupled with strong written communication skills are vital for articulating insights during business reviews or stakeholder meetings.
