- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Modern Trade key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through attentive service and regular communication.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic account plans that align with overall business objectives to maximise sales growth, volume expansion, and market penetration within the FMCG sector.
- Collaborate closely with the Modern Trade Distributor Key Accounts team to ensure seamless execution of in-store promotions, product activations, new listings, and other trade activities that support mutual goals.
- Negotiate annual trading terms, promotional initiatives, and joint business plans with key retail customers to foster strong partnerships and achieve shared targets.
- Monitor account performance rigorously by tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while identifying areas for improvement or further growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to uncover new opportunities for expanding market share and enhancing visibility within retail channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving supply chain management, finance operations, and marketing strategies to guarantee service excellence and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to oversee merchandising execution, stock availability checks, pricing compliance audits, and overall store presentation standards.
- Prepare detailed business reviews for internal leadership teams as well as external customer stakeholders to communicate progress against objectives and highlight future plans

- Demonstrated track record of successfully handling Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Mini Markets, Convenience Stores or Petrol Mart accounts shows your familiarity with diverse retail formats.
