- Develop comprehensive annual sales plans, strategies, and budgets that align with overall business objectives while ensuring profitability and brand enhancement.
- Lead the execution of marketing initiatives including product launches, sales promotions, and visual merchandising enhancements to maximise market reach.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with FMCG buyers, category managers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation of sales strategies.
- Utilise CRM tools effectively to manage customer activities, ensuring efficient follow-up on open issues and maintaining high levels of visibility across accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, using insights gained to formulate strategic responses that keep the brand ahead in the industry.
- Optimise inventory management by ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained to prevent out-of-stock situations or excess inventory.
- Prepare detailed operational plans covering sales volume targets, P&L tracking, and regular business performance reporting for internal review.
- Conduct thorough analysis of sell-in, sell-out, and stock movement data to support continuous business growth.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with actionable recommendations based on data analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of all sales and marketing activities.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary for daily operations.

- Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity using data-driven approaches is important for strategic planning.
