  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets as well as Average Selling Price objectives for assigned key accounts through strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage trade spending efficiently within allocated budgets to maximise profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Independently oversee 5P planning for key accounts, including customer negotiation, implementation of strategies, and thorough post-analysis to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Coordinate effectively with the merchandising team to guarantee flawless execution of customer programmes in trade environments.
  • Conduct regular field tracking activities to monitor programme execution and gather valuable market insights that inform future strategies.
  • Perform comprehensive business analysis to evaluate results, identify actionable insights, and set clear priorities for account growth.
  • Plan and execute solutions based on market insights to address customer needs and enhance account performance.
  • Lead regular business reviews both internally with colleagues and externally with customers to assess progress and align on future initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts by evaluating customer plans, aligning with stakeholders, and considering current market conditions.
  • Drive annual Joint Business Planning sessions with customers to establish strategic growth plans, set joint business targets, and foster collaborative partnerships.
