What you'll do:

  • Contribute actively to the creation of comprehensive sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies that support overall business goals.

  • Negotiate effectively with both existing and new customers of strategic importance to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

  • Monitor adherence to the company's overarching business strategy by overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with established processes.
  • Lead the timely listing of new product launches (NPL) while maintaining healthy account receivable levels in line with company objectives.
  • Manage trade budgets responsibly by conducting trading term discussions within allocated budgets and ensuring optimal return on investment through monthly evaluations.
