  • Work closely with the Head of Project to set clear objectives and performance targets for your portfolio as a Key Account Manager, aligning your efforts with broader organisational goals.
  • Collaborate extensively with other departments such as trade marketing, marketing, technical solutions, commercial operations, credit control, and demand/supply teams to address customer needs effectively and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all company principles, policies, local legal regulations, as well as health, safety, environment, and community (HSEC) standards in every aspect of your work.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans that identify new business opportunities within existing accounts while also targeting potential new clients in the construction sector.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making and help refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status, sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and customer feedback for senior management review.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering expert advice on products and services relevant to their projects, thereby strengthening long-term business relationships.
