Key Account Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager (Industrial Electronics) to serve as the primary point of contact for their valued clients. This role is pivotal in fostering long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage client accounts, address concerns, provide support, and ensure smooth operations for order processing and service delivery.
What you'll do:
As a Key Account Manager (Indusrial Electronics), you will be at the forefront of our client's operations. Your role will involve acting as the primary liaison between the company and its clients. You will be responsible for receiving customer orders, entering them into the ERP system, tracking order backlogs, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements, managing order changes, overseeing shipping compliance, resolving issues related to order fulfilment or discrepancies. Your ability to maintain accurate records of customer orders, invoices, and shipping documentation will be crucial. Additionally, your contribution towards business forecasting through analysis of order trends will play a significant role in achieving business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and managing account-related requests.
- Receive customer orders, enter them into the ERP system, and ensure accuracy in processing.
- Track order backlog, monitor shipment schedules, and communicate updates to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Manage order changes, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring proper documentation.
- Oversee the shipping department to ensure compliance with customer shipping instructions.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Support business forecasting by analyzing order trends and backlog data.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business objectives.
