Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Head to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement account strategies, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and monitor market trends. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, where they will be responsible for achieving sales targets and objectives, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with internal teams.

What you'll do:

As a Channel Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by developing and implementing strategic account plans. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, conduct regular business reviews, and collaborate with various internal teams. Your keen eye for market trends will help identify opportunities for new product launches and promotional campaigns. You will also provide accurate sales forecasts, create annual business plans, monitor account performance, and stay abreast of industry trends.

  • Develop and implement account strategies and business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to analyse performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to demand planning activities.
  • Create and implement annual business plan.
  • Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.

What you bring:

The ideal Channel Head candidate brings a wealth of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector. You are known for your strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation skills as well as your analytical prowess. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment sets you apart from others. With logical thinking abilities and robust problem-solving skills, you are ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. Your experience managing key accounts coupled with your understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close makes you an ideal fit for this role.

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in Key Account Management within FMCG.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing and developing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
