Allocation Manager (Footwear)

They are seeking an Allocation Manager (Retail) to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and diverse team, contributing to the company's continued success through effective merchandising and distribution strategies.
What you'll do:
As an Allocation Manager (Retail), your role will be pivotal in driving the company's merchandising and distribution strategies. You will prepare weekly reports, liaise with various departments including IT, Retail Admin, and E-commerce, and assist in distribution analysis and store profiling. Your ability to plan and manage stock requirements for outlet actions will be crucial. Additionally, you will coordinate promotion proposals with the merchandising and IT department on implementations. Working closely with the Head of Merchandising, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets.
- Prepare reports on Merchandising and distributions weekly
- Be the main contact person from merchandising with IT, Retail Admin, E-commerce regarding promotions information
- Assist Head of Merchandising on distributions analysis and store profiling
- Plan and manage the stock requirements of outlets
- Coordinate promotion proposals with merchandising and IT department on implementations
- Work closely with Head of Merchandising on various tasks
