What you'll do:
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's retail strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, organise, control, and coordinate the activities of the retail section. You will ensure that sales are according to estimates and that the operational department runs as an efficient and profitable enterprise. Your ability to monitor, coordinate, and execute these plans effectively in line with the company’s marketing objectives and strategies will be crucial for your success in this role.
- Plan, organise, control, and coordinate the activities of the retail section
- Ensure sales are according to estimates and run the operational department efficiently
- Initiate and implement all aspects of Advertising and Promotions Plan
- Monitor, coordinate and execute plans effectively in line with the company’s marketing objectives and strategies
- Manage supervision and control of all activities in the Retail department
- Provide constant flow of communication at all levels regarding the Sales Policy of the company
