Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive in Project Management. This role offers an opportunity to coordinate new product proposals, manage inventory, and negotiate with suppliers on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, identifying suitable suppliers, and preparing routine reports. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Executive in Project Management, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's operations. You will be at the forefront of coordinating new product proposals, managing inventory across warehouses and outlets, and ensuring timely delivery from suppliers. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in monitoring sales performance and conducting market surveys for price comparisons. With your excellent negotiation skills, you will liaise with suppliers on price, quantities, and delivery timescales. Your role will also involve identifying suitable suppliers or manufacturers that align with the company's standards and goals. Additionally, you will prepare routine reports to keep all stakeholders informed about the progress of projects.

  • Coordinate new products proposal and reordering process
  • Conduct price comparison through market surveys
  • Monitor warehouse and outlets inventory
  • Ensure timely delivery from suppliers
  • Monitor sales performance of products
  • Negotiate price, quantities and delivery time scales with suppliers
