Our client is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for executing key commercial objectives and delivering best-in-class brand presentations. What you'll do:
As an Assistant Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the best-in-class execution and delivery of key commercial objectives. You will assist the Senior Channel Manager in developing the HORECA & RETAIL channel acceleration roadmap, focusing on achieving defined business targets. Your role will involve managing outlet contracts, driving distribution segmentation, and ensuring high-quality consumer activation. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key business partners, preparing for future growth opportunities, and upholding governance processes.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Assistant Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in B2B sales leadership or key account management within the premium consumer goods segment. You possess a deep understanding of the HORECA & RETAIL dynamics within the wine and spirits landscape. Your strong negotiation, numerical, and analytical skills set you apart from others. Additionally, your proficiency in English will be crucial in this role.
