What you'll do:

As the Head of Proposal Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business across the APAC region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of proposal managers who understand market trends and customer needs. You will ensure that your team delivers compelling and competitive solutions on time. Your role will also involve managing costs within proposals, collaborating with vendors, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

  • Oversee the end-to-end proposal process ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Manage product, solution, and third-party costs within proposals while accounting for associated risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and systems portfolio, fostering strong partnerships with third-party vendors to optimise cost competitiveness
  • Monitor proposal delivery timelines, analyse win rates across segments and geographies, and implement strategies to enhance success
  • Ensure adherence to internal directives and guidelines for all tenders and proposals
