What you'll do:
As a Group Key Account Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing end-to-end business relationships with customers, owning the company's P&L account for each customer, and developing a deep understanding of their values, strategies, and policies. You'll also be responsible for fostering the development of retail environment and shopper expertise, facilitating top-level discussions between customers and senior management, preparing and conducting customer negotiations, leading your team towards achieving their overall mission and goals, as well as evaluating strategic initiatives aligning with customers' investment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end business relationships with customers spanning all cross-functional aspects of business.
- Own the responsibility of managing the company’s P&L account for each customer.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the values, strategies and policies of the customers.
- Foster the development of retail environment and shopper expertise.
- Facilitate frequent Top to Top discussions between Customer(s) and senior management.
- Prepare and conduct customer negotiations.
- Lead the team in delivering overall mission and goals with ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Lead pre and post evaluation of strategic initiatives aligning with customers' investment strategies.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Group Key Account Manager role will have a Bachelor’s Degree in business-related studies along with at least 8 years of solid sales experience with leadership capacity in the Direct Trade business. Experience working in the FMCG industry is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs) is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role. Possession of own transportation and a Class-D driving license is necessary. Prior experience of Pharmacy RE is mandatory.
