What you'll do:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in Malaysia, Singapore, and Philippines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new opportunities, creating your own leads, building strong relationships within local industrial zones, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and maintain self-discipline will be key to your success in this remote position.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for our production locations in China and Vietnam
- Create your own leads through cold calling/emailing, research, active networking etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within local industrial zones
- Implement strategic sales initiatives to increase market share
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and engagement with existing customers through regular communication and support
What you bring:
The ideal Account Manager will bring a minimum of 5 years' B2B sales experience with a solid network in industrial zones. You are motivated by the prospect of hunting and closing new deals. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills set you apart from others. You have the ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of self-discipline. Willingness to travel up to about 50% of the time is essential.
