Our client is seeking a Wholesale Manager with a passion for sports to drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned accounts and categories. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing specific product and brand direction, leading sell-in and sell-through activities, as well as wholesale activation.
What you'll do:
As a Wholesale Manager in the Sports/Lifestyle industry, your role will be pivotal in driving business growth. You will maintain strong relationships with key account customers, supporting our mission to become the leading sports brand in Malaysia. Your innovative approach will create new business opportunities, driving sales within your district. You'll analyse and manage business performance, supporting the annual selling schedule for your accounts. Your ability to forecast, track, and report on performance will ensure we achieve our goals.
- Maintain business relationships with key account customers to support mission of becoming the leading sports brand in Malaysia.
- Drive profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned Wholesale Accounts.
- Create innovative business opportunities and identify ways to drive sales within district.
- Analyse and manage business performance for responsible customer and stores.
- Support the annual selling and activity schedule for the Wholesale Account.
- Forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Field Account Performance.
What you bring:
As our ideal Wholesale Manager (Sports/Lifestyle), you bring strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation abilities. With at least 5 years of sales experience within large organizations preferably in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG sectors, you have gained exposure to sports, marketing, supply chain environments. Your advanced IT skills particularly in MS Office will be crucial in this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and facilitation abilities.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within large sales organization, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
- Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain.
- Advanced IT skills: MS Office Skills.
