The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of delivery projects, from overseeing service delivery to handling customer reviews and complaints. This role offers the chance to work with various e-commerce platforms and manage online deliveries from popular outlets such as GrabFood, FoodPanda, and ShopeeFood.

What you'll do:

As a Food Aggregator Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our client's delivery projects. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and ensuring that these are met through effective service delivery. Your role will also involve managing online deliveries from various e-commerce portals, handling customer reviews and complaints, and liaising with the marketing team on campaigns related to delivery platforms.   • Manage, plan and coordinate delivery sales and profitability
  • Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery within the business context

You should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
