The successful Head of Sales (Agriculture) must have 10 years of work experience within the agriculture industry as well as the connection with the relevant segments.
Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or a related field. MBA is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least five years in a leadership role within the agriculture industry
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
Strong understanding of agricultural products, market dynamics, and industry regulations
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans
Experience in managing and motivating a geographically dispersed sales team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
