About the Technical Sales Manager, SEA (Meat Industry) Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the raw materials ingredients to the meat industry to ensure that all activities and plans are executed and implemented. You will also ensure that all sales targets are being achieved in the assigned sales territory.
Develop long-term profitable and sustainable business for our ingredients with the largest companies in the region
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Support in designing custom-made products
Prepare and keep updated the yearly budget for each customer
Arrange regular visits of Campus’ Technical Expert to the customers and regular visits to targeted customers
Keep regular contact with Campus’ R&D Department for the products
Arrange visits at Campus’ in order to run technical tests, seminars and customer visits
Keep Campus updated on technical information, recipes and projects
Perform competition analysis
Provide ideas and input to advance Campus’ products portfolio to increase market share
Contributes to validate the requirements for the identification and selection of new technologies/solutions
Drives taste, texture and health development projects together with all internal partners proactively
Continuously improve and re-invent “best in class” collaboration model
The successful Technical Sales Manager, SEA (Meat Industry) has key experience within the food ingredient industry in the meat industry as well as the connection with the relevant segments.
Bachelor’s degree in Food/Meat Technologist or equivalent
Minimum of five years' experience in manufacturing industries (especially meat) and proven skills in meat technologies and ingredients application
Drive for results, with competitive mindset
Self-motivated team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities and translate tactics/strategy into actions
Proactive approach, able to develop business from scratch
Availability to travel
