About the e-Commerce Manager (Beauty) Role:
Reporting to the Head of e-Commerce, you will be responsible for the brand's short term and long term ecommerce strategies that is aligned with the brand's objective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings contents, campaign creatives, media buying, onsite visibility, order fulfilment and aftersales service
• Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue across marketplace and brand.com
• conducting sales, traffic and conversion rate forecast during campaign and BAU period, set clear ecomm KPI and identify business gap
• Build strategic partnership with all key stakeholders
• Responsible for month/campaign reports, analysis reports and presentation, post mortem on campaigns
• Take charge of operation related task; inventory (active SKU and GWP) forecast, sell-through tracking and validation, inbound and PO/replenishment, sell in and returns

To succeed in the e-Commerce Manager (Beauty) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Four to six years of experience in e-commerce sales/platform management
• Experience in handling brand account in online platforms
• Exposure to digital marketing
• Strong analaytical skills
