About the Sales & Marketing, Senior Manager (Consumer Electronics) Role:
This is a business critical opportunity for this position to strategically formulate sales plans to raise sales revenue and meet business plan, sales and profit growth targets for the key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop channel strategies/ensure the channel strategy is implementable and is fitting to the local market context
• Deliver sales, margin, profitability, trade spend, account receivables and sales forecast bias as per KPIs
• Develop winning strategies aimed at leveraging the company’s business in a sustainable way
• Explore and develop new sales/growth opportunities across the various sales channels
• Negotiate annual trade terms and ensure tip-top account receivables with customers

To succeed in this Sales & Marketing, Senior Manager (Consumer Electronics) role, you must be numerically strong and possess outstanding strategic thinking ability and strong experience in sales.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or higher in a sales, marketing or a related field
• 10 years of experience in sales/business management from a consumer electronics/appliance/FMCG industry
• Good personnel management skills
• Strong planning, analytical and coordination skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work in a team and with people at all levels of the organisation
