Sales Manager (Façade)

An exciting Sales Manager (Façade) job has just become available in a building material industry company. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, this is a role to sell façade and architectural products to the clients in the domestic market.

About the Sales Manager (Façade) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Regional Sales Director to manage and develop marketing and sales strategies for the key accounts, customers and markets assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, coordinate, and manage the entire development, marketing, and sales with objective to ensure the growth and profitability of the business
• Liaise with manufacturing facilities based in China and Europe
• Develop distributors network nationwide
• Be accountable for façade and sun control business development and sales turnover for the Malaysian market

To succeed in this Sales Manager (Façade) role, you must have sales experience within the building material industry with key experience in B2B sales.

Key Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture/Business or related field
• Five or more years of sales experience within the building materials industry or related product line
• Experience in façade/cladding business is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and other local languages
• Ability to work independently and willing to travel locally and overseas
